"Open, family-oriented style"

I wanted to take a minute and express my appreciation for the professionalism that Tony Turano and Mike Lima demonstrated during my recent car purchase at Imperial cars. My car had broken down and I was referred to them by a friend. I will now refer my friends to them without reservation or fear of losing them as a friend! Purchasing a car can be very anxious experience and they really made me feel comfortable with their open, family-oriented style. My husband and I stopped into your dealership in Mendon on July 1st. just to see what was out there. A very nice man named Dennis came over to help us. We explained what we were looking for, what our price range was and what our needs were.He showed us a few vehicles but we weren't completely sold on them so he kept looking until he found us what we wanted .I'm usually leery of salesmen to be honest but Dennis put me completely at ease and made our car buying experience a pleasure.He was kind and very professional. He was also concerned about our safety. My vehicle at the time wasn't in very good condition and while our paperwork was being processed he let us take home a loaner car.My husband and I were grateful for the generousity. Everyone at Imperial was fabulous. A great team of people who bent over backwards for us.I will highly recommend your dealership(and Dennis) to anyone looking for a new car.In fact my son's fiance may soon be coming to you based on our say so. I am also grateful for the kindness your staff has shown me. A few days after I bought my car I ran out of gas not far from the dealership. I was running late trying to pick up my daughter on time and I went out on a limb and called up Imperial and asked for help. A very nice young man came right away and gave me gas to be on my way. I was so impressed with what they did for me and completely grateful for the help! Thanks again for everything.

This is the 2 second car I have purchesed from him and I went back to him because of the way he treated me. He listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted in a car and also how much I could afford to spend. There was no pushing me to buy a car or intimidation. I personnally do not like sales peple that don't listen and just are out there to make a sale.
