Last week I was faced with the scary [problem of buying] another car in a hurry as my old one supposedly needed a new transmission. I did not know where to turn so I called my son-in-law who in turn called Steve Jionzo for me. I then spoke with Steve myself and explained my problem to him. Within 2 hours he had a car in my driveway for me to test drive. We then drove it to my son-in-law's house for him to see, and he also approved so now I have a beautiful 2012 AWD Ford Fusion that I love. Thanks Steve for everything. My experience at Imperial was great! The minute I walked in the door Joel Cohen was there to greet me. This was the first time I ever purchased a car on my own so "wheeling and dealing" were all new to me and I was very intimidated. Joel did not make me feel that way. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and boy did I have a lot! He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I even shared some personal stories with him! I would highly recommend Joel if you're in the market for a new vehicle. I also need to mention Mike [Walsh] in finance. . . . He was great at working with the banks to get me the best deal. I recently bought a new truck at your Ford dealership and am so glad I did! I had looked at the same truck elsewhere and received a really great price from them, but given where I live AND the view I already had of Imperial (I stop at the gas station every week, love the annual car show and Christmas display done at the owner's home, etc.) I really wanted to buy from you. Mike DiMella and Doug Hood worked SO HARD to match the deal from the other dealership, and in the long run ended up beating it! They went and found me exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste any of my time trying to convince me otherwise (I'll admit I'm pretty particular and stubborn!). Overall, hands down a great experience. I have family members who were pleased as well and when my Dad is ready to trade his truck in I know he'll be headed your way. Oh and the diner was wonderful as well—great food & service! Thanks so much!

First of all, I have to say that my experience with Imperial Ford did not start off well. I did send off a few emails in the hope of rectifying the issues that I had.
What I would like to tell you and what I did state in my past emails is the amazing employee you have in Justin Gariepy. My husband and I live over an hour away and we only have service done at Imperial because of Justin. We actually bought a 2nd vehicle from Imperial even after my "not so great start" because of Justin. He really did a great job making amends for the company. We went back and bought a Ford 350 super duty, using him as the salesperson.
He provides wonderful customer service and wonderful service to our vehicle. We trust him. And that is HUGE. I cannot say enough about him. After the very rocky start I had buying my SHO, I really thought I would NEVER go back or recommend you or your business again. I was wrong after meeting Justin.
On a different note, [I would like to mention Tim Patete] at the car wash! I have never seen anyone take so much pride in his job and work so hard. What a great guy!
Too many people take the time to tell you what is wrong and I will do that too when I feel the need. But no one ever takes the time to let you know when people are really doing great jobs and going out of their way to help customers!
Justin really makes a difference and made a difference in selling a 350 for you!

My wife Paula Jean was in the market for a minivan to help get her parents around due to age and illness. Since I have been in the car business, sales and management in some capacity my whole life, I was leery about going to a new car dealer. I can tell you that from the time I called and talked to Lou Frasca to the handshake with Andy Clair that sealed the deal, my wife and I never felt so at ease. I got what I wanted for my trade, and I felt good about the price on the 2010 Town and Country van we purchased. Even as we left after signing with Michael Walsh, we were given a $25.00 card for our dinner at Miss Mendon thanks to the sales management team.
Whatever is being done at your dealerships will most definitely change the "car salesman" reputation for the better. I know that first impressions are the most important in any business, but what you have there far exceeds that.

I have to say once again your staff is our saving grace. We got a car last week and did not know that the 7 days for the registration began when we signed the papers. Well Imperial contacted my insurance company with the RMV form, but the insurance company dropped the ball so to speak. Not too many of my car buying experiences have been on the positive note. I must say this time, I was pleasantly surprised. Ron Dulac at Ford was a professional who gave my wife and me first-class attention. He was very patient with us and most of all "not pushy.” So many thanks to Ron. Also I'd like to give a big thank you to Mike Kind. He was truly a gentleman who could not stop telling us that he wanted us to be happy. Both Ron and Mike were very attentive to our needs and showed us how important we were as prospective buyers. I also would like to thank another salesman for his attentiveness to my needs. I did not get his name but I believe he sits in the last desk on the right as you come in the front door. Short story, Ron and Mike were not available when I visited at a later date. But this gentleman left his desk, came up to me, and asked if he could help me. I explained my situation to him and off he went solving my problem. He didn't have to help. He could have told me that Ron would be back soon but did not. Instead, he helped a customer. I cannot say enough good things about my car buying experience at Imperial Chevrolet. Ahmad Al-Jallad was the first person I was in contact with and he made it so effortless. From the moment I called him on a Thursday, to when we met on Saturday, he was responsive and helpful. When we did finally meet, he took all my financial information and did the legwork of finding the right car for my needs. I didn't meet a salesman until he had the car picked out. That salesman was Nicholas Massucco and he was great. He spoke to us, not like a salesman, but like we were friends. When it came time to get the paperwork finished, they took us over to the Ford dealership, because Ahmad was busy and they didn't want us waiting. We were introduced to William Granata, who was just as helpful and friendly as the other two. All the time we sat with William, Nicholas waited for us to escort us back to the Chevrolet section. It was just an amazing experience with exceptional customer service, from the moment we got out of the truck (we were greeted and taken right to where we needed to be) to when I drove away in the Impala. My father and I will be recommending Imperial and if we need another car, we will be going back. The team there does an exceptional job at making you feel right at home and comfortable. I wanted to write to you and let you know what an amazing dealership you have because of the people you have working for you—for it being such a large dealership it is well organized and appears to run seamlessly. My first experience with your dealership was on the Chevrolet side at the end of this August (2013). My sister is a single mother with 2 small children and the car she was driving was literally falling apart as she drove it. She worked with Bruce D'Ambra, Elian Khouri and Mike Ghalbouni as well as the gentlemen in the financing department and they all went above and beyond to get her into a new used car that was within her budget as well as safe for her and my nephews. We couldn't be more thankful to them!
On Sunday, Oct 6th late in the afternoon, my husband and I went up to the Jeep dealership because I had been looking at SUVs. We met Rick Panorese and asked him to show us the Grand Cherokees. I also let him know upfront that I had had Volkswagens for the past 17 years, that I had a strong loyalty to them, and that he had his work cut out for him. Turns out he did do it! He was very knowledgeable about the Jeep brand and also about the Cherokees. I bought a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland and I love it! Several weeks ago, I walked into Imperial Chevrolet and had the good fortune to be greeted by salesman Brian Martin. I told him I wanted to test drive a 2013 Equinox and if I liked it, and we could put together a deal in two hours, he would have a sale! Brian was polite and professional. I walked in with unrealistic expectations about what I could afford and he helped me see that, work through it, and find a 2013 Equinox I could afford. And he had the paperwork ready to go to financing in less than the 2 hours! He made sure I was informed and satisfied every step of the way, and called me after I got the car to follow up. I only found out a few days later that he had randomly greeted my brother earlier that week and sold him a vehicle also. My brother was very happy with his experience, too, and loves his new vehicle. Imperial Cars is right around the corner from us, a neighbor if you will, and we are happy to give it our business, particularly if we feel it has earned it.
That's where Doug Hood comes in. We traded our 2011 Fusion for a 2013 Escape because we reached the point where the car was not worth the residual we were paying a high interest rate on. Doug had custom leather and backup sensors added to the car to meet our specific needs and concerns. He even remembered our comment about the gold Imperial emblem under the silver lettering of the car and swapped it accordingly! He wanted to ensure we were happy with every aspect of the car.
It is people like Doug that make Imperial a pleasurable, rather than a root canal, experience.

I have periodically received emails from Mark Rossi about specials being offered at Imperial Cars. One day I replied to his email about trading in my 2012 GMC Sierra, which had an upside-down loan on it. Mark had found a car he thought I would like, so I drove the hour and a half to check it out. I was pleasantly greeted by Nick Massucco at the Chevy store. He’s an absolutely awesome salesman. He set me at ease and assured me I was in good hands. He’s a down-to-earth and funny person as well and someone I would recommend to every one of my friends. Business manager Ahmad Al-Jallad was also great. This gentleman worked an amazing deal for me, and I will be forever in his debt. I actually wanted to hug the big guy when the deal was done!
