Q:  CAN I GET MY CAR APPRAISED ONLINE?
A: No. An accurate appraisal can only be done in person.  This allows us to perform a comprehensive vehicle inspection as well as take it for a test drive.  

Q:  DO I NEED A APPOINTMENT FOR AN APPRAISAL?
A: No but we do strongly encourage you to make one.  Our dealership can get very busy and we value your time.  We want to be sure a member of our vehicle purchase team is ready and available to assist you. 

Q:  WHAT IF ALL THE TITLE HOLDERS CANNOT BE PRESENT?
A: If all title holders cannot be present, please contact us to speak with a member of our vehicle purchase team.  They'll work to understand your individual situation and provide guidance on what can be done. 
In some cases we may be able to accept a Power of Attorney, allowing someone else to sign on the titleholder's behalf.  If a titleholder is deceased, you may have to transfer the vehicle into your name before we can purchase your vehicle.   This can usually be done by taking the title and supporting papers to your local Registry of Motor Vehicles office.  
Q:  WHAT IS A BANK DRAFT?
A: A bank draft is a type of check where payment is guaranteed to be available by the issuing bank.  It must be deposited and cannot be cashed. Please consult your bank for their hold policy. 

Q:  CAN I SELL MY LEASED CAR?
A: In most cases you can sell your leased vehicle in almost the same way as any other financed vehicle.  We will appraise the vehicle and then contact the leasing company for a payoff quote and process any equity you might have.  Some leasing companies will not allow the sale of the vehicle prior to the lease expiration.   

Q:  WHAT IF I HAVE A LIEN ON MY CAR?
A: We will need to contact your lien holder to get a 15 day pay off.  We'll need your lien holders name and contact information and will need to contact them during business hours.
