Imperial Cars-GM Recall Statement
If your vehicle has a GM recall, Imperial Chevrolet and the entire family of Imperial dealerships want to assure everyone that we stand ready to implement all the necessary inspections and repairs as quickly as possible.ÂThe safety of our customers is always our first priority, and when recalls occur, our Service and Parts departments take the necessary steps to implement the appropriate corrections. Additionally, when you bring your vehicle to us for any routine service, we always check to see if any open inspection alerts or recalls exist so we can address them immediately.Â
The Recall Process
General Motors will directly notify all affected vehicle owners. If your vehicle is subject to this recall, please contact our Chevrolet Service Department at 508-473-3100 for an appointment.ÂBesides certain Chevrolets, GM has recalled select Pontiac models. Our Chevrolet Service Center is ready to assist impacted Pontiac owners as well.Â
If you are concerned that your vehicle may be the subject of a recall, we have provided links to the website of each manufacturer we represent. You will need your vehicle's VIN, which is on the driver's side of the dashboard where it meets the windshield plus the inside of the driver's door frame.Â
